Sending you two links to read about Round worm, which best fits the symptoms you discribe. It's possible it's not Round worm, but so far the de-worming has not been enough to get rid of all the life cycles of the worms.

Coughing is a sign the worms are developing in the lungs. The convulsions you mention, but did not give much info on when and how often.

It's possible he has something like worms, but after having panacur, it's unlikely. The metro was probably given due to the suspicion that he might have an intestinal bug.

My question is this: exactly when it he vomiting and is it after meals and water only? Or is it any time of the day or night, with little predictability.

I'm going to email you with some ideas of what this could be, it's just too short to put it all down here.
